Once a classification is complete, you can review the result and its underlying assumptions, collaborate with your team through comments, and request missing information from customers or suppliers without leaving the platform.

Step 1: Review the Result

The selected HS code is displayed at the top of the product page. The Sections panel on the right lets you navigate the full reasoning behind the result, from the initial chapters considered through the final classification and related rulings.

Step 2: Check the Assumptions

Below the HS code, the Assumptions section lists any assumptions the AI made about the product. These assumptions are already applied to the result, so if they match your product, no action is needed to confirm them.

Step 3: Comment and Tag Your Team

If an assumption does not match your product, select its text to add a comment. Type @ to mention a team member and ask for their input.

Step 4: Ask for Clarification

To confirm an assumption with a customer or supplier, click Ask for clarification. Select the assumptions you want confirmed, and the platform composes a ready-to-send message listing them. Review the message preview, then click Copy message and send it through your preferred channel.
