Every classification in Trade Insight AI comes with a legal-grade, audit-ready rationale. You can review the full reasoning behind a result, refine it by adjusting assumptions, and track every version of the classification over time.

Step 1: Browse the Rationale Sections

Use the Sections panel on the right to navigate the reasoning behind the result, from WCO Potential Opinions and Initial Chapters through Final Chapter, Headings, Final Heading, Final Classification, and Rulings for the Suggested HS Code. Each section explains which chapters and headings were considered, which were ruled out, and how the applicable General Rules of Interpretation were applied, so you can clearly assess whether the classification is correct.

Step 2: Re-run with Updated Assumptions

If an assumption does not match your product, click Re-run next to the HS code. In the Re-run window, you can edit or remove existing assumptions, add new ones, and include extra details in the description or new files. More precise inputs narrow down the analysis and produce a more accurate result. Click Re-run to generate a refined classification.

Step 3: Review the Classification History

Every run is saved. Use the run history dropdown to access and compare previous versions of the classification.

Step 4: Sort Your Product List

Back in the product list, click any column header to sort it. Combined with column customization, this gives you a flexible way to manage and prioritize products across your workspace.
